The cleanliness of the apartment and all the facilities including. I also love the location because it is near the train station which allowed me to get central London easily.

Nice Hotel, close to restaurants and bus stops and train station. The premises are new are and nice. The staff is available when help is needed. If you need to go to London city centre, you can go by train for less than 40mn.

The Adagio apartments were only a 5 minute walk to the Sutton train station which is then about a 45 minute ride into either London Bridge or Victoria Station. The apartment building is also practically on the Main Street of Sutton with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hot breakfasts prepared by Aziza were great - they filled you up 👍🏻😊

Staff went all the way to ensure we had a good stay. They were very responsive and helpful. We were also able to borrow a buggy which made our trip much easier as we had an 18month baby. Location was great as easy to navigate to and fro London.

Has kitchenette with fridge and combination oven which is good as I always travel with fresh milk and actimels/kefir for breakfast. Dog allowed which is great. Had washing up liquid and things to wash up. All clean and spacious.

The location is perfect for commuters, 3 mins walk to the train station. The studio is spacious and it has all the amenities you need, dishwasher, washing machine, oven,iron etc.

The hotel is very close to the train station. There are many entertainment places and shops around.

The location is excellent, town centre is only 5 minutes walk away. The room is clean and bright.

Hotel is handy to shopping and restaurants plus train station. Kitchen was ok, well stocked for the most part. Shower was nice but lack of small shelf for soap, shampoo was awkward. Bed was comfy.

Very helpful staff.All requests had been dealt with immediately. I had two rooms with all kitchen and laundry equipment. Very quiet environment - good for my work. Restaurant is really nice and quiet - feels like chilling at home in front of a TV in cosy corner with delicious food during dinner time :-) Central location: Sutton rail station, High street, shops, restaurants - just one/two minutes away. Highly recommended!
